Blog week 8

This week we learned about toddlers. There was a lot about toddlers that I didn't know. For example, I had no idea what night terrors were, but now I do, it is when a child screams in the early hours of sleep without remembering it the next day. I also learned why they are called toddlers, it's simpl because they toddle when they walk because they don't have very much balance.

Infant room project

 This week in child development we designed an infant room. It was much easier than I expected honestly. I thought we were going to have restrictions regarding size and a budget but thankfully we didn't. I also learned about some of the ratios for the infant room, 5 on 1 and 11 on 2. I pesonaly thing the numbers are a little odd but that's just me. I really liked this project a lot and I hope to do more like it in the future; maybe with a group or some friends.
